This court was one of the first of its kind and was founded in the 1990s. I also handle prescription drug fraud, such as the possession of Percocet or Vicodin without a prescription. No matter what the charge I examine my clients' cases and I file motions to suppress any evidence that may have been obtained by illegal or unconstitutional searches.
