Criminal Hearing Process
There are several issues I review in order to provide a solid defense. Many of the issues regard the traffic stop. I look at whether there was probable cause for making the stop and if you were informed about the cause for pulling you over.
Other issues I review regard the breathalyzer test. I review when you took the breath test. Was the test taken within two hours of the stop? Was there a waiting period prior to taking a breath test? I also question whether the breathalyzer certifications were current and valid.
